Kitchen Porter
Responsibilities:
- Clean and sanitize work areas, utensils, and equipment
- Wash dishes, pots, pans, and other kitchenware
- Assist with receiving and storing food supplies
- Follow all safety and sanitation procedures
- Maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment
Front Of House Assistant
Responsibilities:
- Running food and drink
- Welcoming guests and seating them
- Assisting with guests needs
- Running bills to tables/taking payments
Skills:
- Basic knowledge of food handling and safety practices
- Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
- Strong attention to detail and cleanliness
- Good communication skills to collaborate with kitchen staff
- Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
Note: Previous experience in a kitchen or food service setting is preferred but not required. Training will be provided, as well as future opportunities to progress within the business.
