Bar Supervisor – Engine Room

What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll support the Manager and help drive the day-to-day success of the Engine Room:

Helping run smooth, high-energy shifts from match days to quieter midweek trade

Creating a welcoming, lively sports bar atmosphere for every customer

Supporting the delivery of live sport, music, quizzes, and events
-
Leading shifts in the Manager’s absence and being a go-to person for the team

Driving great service that encourages repeat visits and strong customer feedback

Supporting with stock control, cleanliness, and maintaining high standards

Being a hands-on presence on the floor serving, supporting the team, and engaging with customers
-
Assisting with training and motivating the team to deliver their best
What We’re Looking For
You’ll bring energy, reliability, and a passion for hospitality:

A natural people-person friendly, approachable, and confident with customers

A genuine interest in sport, pubs, and creating a great atmosphere
-
Experience in a busy bar, pub, or hospitality environment
-
Confidence to step up and lead shifts when needed

A proactive attitude spotting what needs doing and getting stuck in
-
A team player who enjoys supporting others and building a positive environment
-
Someone who wants to develop and progress into management
