About The Role

We are recruiting for a Baler Operative at our Alconbury Weald site (PE28 4WY). This is a permanent, weekly-paid position, providing consistent work, reliable hours, and long-term growth opportunities within a thriving business.

Shift Pattern: 4 on, 4 off (07:00 - 19:00).
Hourly Rate: £12.80 (paid weekly).

As an AMFRESH Baler Yard Operative, you will:

Operate the baler safely and report faults promptly.
Complete daily checks on bailing machine and monitor bailing wires.
Ensure timely handling of cardboard and general waste.
Maintain a clean, organised yard in line with site hygiene standards.
Suppot the yard and operational teams to keep a safe working environment.
Dispose waste correctly in accordance to site rules.
Work outside in all weather conditions.

About You

To be a successful Baler Yard Operative, the qualities we are looking for are:

Experience in a yard or similar environment.
High attention to detail.
Strong organistational skills.
Drive and determination.
