SIA Door Supervisors Required – Extra Shifts Available During the FIFA World Cup
Work at some of the UK's busiest sports bars, pubs, hospitality venues and live event locations.
The FIFA World Cup is expected to create one of the busiest trading periods of the year, with venues extending opening hours and thousands of fans gathering to watch live matches across England, Scotland and Wales.
Professional Security is currently recruiting licensed SIA Door Supervisors to support our nationwide client portfolio throughout the tournament and beyond.
Whether you're looking for a few extra shifts each week or regular ongoing work, we have opportunities available across the UK.
Duties may include:
- Managing venue entrances and exits
- Checking identification and enforcing venue policies
- Monitoring customer behaviour and crowd flow
- Supporting venue management during busy periods
- Preventing and de-escalating incidents
- Conducting patrols of bars, beer gardens and event spaces
- Completing incident reports where required
- Delivering excellent customer service at all times
What We're Looking For
Essential Requirements
- Valid SIA Door Supervisor Licence
- Minimum 1 year's experience working security in busy pubs, bars, clubs or hospitality venues
- Strong communication and conflict management skills
- Professional, reliable and customer-focused approach
- Ability to remain calm and make sound decisions under pressure
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends and major sporting events
- Ability to pass BS7858 screening and vetting requirements
Desirable Requirements
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Access to your own vehicle
- Experience working at major sporting events, festivals or large-scale hospitality venues
- First Aid qualification
