Full job description

Job Summary
As we continue to grow our rental book, we are looking for a Vehicle Rental Administrator to join our busy team. Currently Wessex administer over 12,000 rentals a year, and spend over £5m on hire through multiple providers – Enterprise, Thrifty, Europcar, Hertz etc.

With corporate rental growing significantly over the last 12 months, we are wanting to take an additional head into the team to support our rental operation. We expect to see more of our own units used on long term rental, and more vehicles brokered through key partners across the UK and beyond.

Responsibilities

Helping customers with rental requirements - bookings, collections, deliveries etc
Handling vehicle related admin to include invoices / fines / damage etc.
Ownership and responsibility for ensuring our clients are mobile and happy
Facilitating vehicle collections and returns
Assist in the management of vehicles ensuring they meet the operational standards.

Experience

Outstanding organisational skills.
The ability to multi task effectively.
Be very strong administratively.
An excellent communicator.
Be commercially astute.
An understanding of daily rental or the motor trade would be a distinct advantage.
