Working days are 5 days out 7days on rotation.

8am-14pm
12pm-18pm

We are seeking an experienced Cleaning Supervisor to lead and oversee the housekeeping team in Oxford City Center. You will play a key role in maintaining a clean, safe and organised environment for all site staff and visitors.

Responsibilities:

Manage a team of 10-20 operatives.
General site cleaning (welfare areas, offices, walkways)
Removal of waste and debris
Maintaining high standards of hygiene and safety
Following site rules and health & safety procedures

Requirements:

Previous supervisor experience preferred
Good communication and a positive attitude
Ability to work independently and as part of a team

This role is ideal for a motivated individual seeking to utilise their expertise in a supervisory capacity within the commercial cleaning sector. Applicants should demonstrate leadership qualities, attention to detail, and a commitment to maintaining exemplary cleanliness standards.

Pay: £16.00 per hour
