Genomics is a science-led transatlantic TechBio combining large-scale genetic and health data with proprietary analytics to accelerate drug discovery and advance predictive, preventative healthcare. Genomics aims to help people live longer, healthier lives in two ways: super-charging drug discovery and development for novel treatments with our AI-enabled advanced genetic analytics platform, and by helping people understand their personal risk of common chronic diseases through polygenic risk scores - giving doctors and health systems the chance to get the right people into the right prevention, screening and treatment programmes at the right time.
Your mission is to maximise the commercial team's efficiency so they spend the vast majority of their time in high-value conversations - not researching, not updating CRM, not writing cold emails from scratch. That's your domain.
Scanning the biotech and life sciences landscape for funding rounds, leadership changes, conference activity, and partnership news - and translating those signals into actionable briefs for the sales team.
Use tools to draft scientifically credible, trigger-specific outreach at scale - emails and LinkedIn messages that are personal.
Owning HubSpot end-to-end: workflows, data hygiene, reporting, and optimisation.
Building and running outreach sequences via Apollo and LinkedIn Sales Navigator, with smart timing and follow-up logic.
Coordinating conference outreach - mapping attendees, scheduling pre/post-event follow-ups, making sure no warm lead goes cold.
Documenting what works. You'll build simple playbooks and train the team on the tools and tactics that are moving the needle.
Qualifying inbound and self-sourced leads against our Ideal Customer Profile - keeping the pipeline focused on the highest-relevance biotech and genetics accounts.
You'll thrive here if you're someone who:
Has strong, hands-on HubSpot experience - you know it well enough to tune it, not just use it.
Writes with clarity and credibility - you can translate complex science into compelling commercial messaging.
Is genuinely curious about the biotech and life sciences landscape - funding cycles, R&D trends, the names that matter.
Has good instincts for what's signal vs noise - and the judgement to prioritise accordingly.
Is comfortable with Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and AI-assisted content tools.
Has worked in complex B2B sales environments - life sciences, data, or SaaS backgrounds are particularly relevant.
Experience owning or contributing to sales enablement programmes or playbooks.
Confidence engaging with senior commercial and scientific stakeholders.
Familiarity with AI-assisted research workflows - prompting, output editing, quality control.
