What You’ll Do
- Support the General with daily operations
- Lead shifts, inspire the team, and ensure top-tier customer service
- Assist in the management of stock, rotas, compliance, and daily paperwork
- Step up when the GM is away and keep the pub running smoothly
- Act as a balanced and fair leader of the business at all times
- Work towards a General Manager role from day one
- Be available for lates, weekends and public holidays as per industry
Who You Are
- 12 months experience in a supervisor or assistant manager role (hospitality essential)
- Passion for people and hospitality
- Confidence, positivity, and great communication skills
- Ready to commit to a growing hospitality career
- Organised and commercially aware
- Preferably rota and stock control trained
- Preferably able to read a P&L
- Preferably a1ble to have regular 1-2-1 coaching chats with team
- Kitchen cross-trained preferred
