About the Role:
The Marketing Coordinator, Author Programs & Special Issues will provide essential coordination and operational support across key marketing functions of the Author & Researcher Marketing team. This role contributes to team success through dedicated execution of marketing activities, data-driven campaign support, and collaborative cross-functional coordination.
Job Responsibilities:
- Coordinate multi-channel marketing campaigns promoting Calls for Papers and author-facing programs across email and digital channels.
- Support the build, testing and deployment of emails in Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC), including audience segmentation, data pulls and list maintenance.
- Create campaign briefs, copy, and asset specifications for email, web, and digital channels supporting localised campaign activity and Wiley.com content updates.
- Monitor campaign performance and contribute to regular reporting, compiling key metrics and insights to inform future activity.
- Coordinate and maintain marketing collateral, assets and campaign documentation.
- Maintain marketing databases, programme tracking systems and team SharePoint resources, ensuring information is current and accessible.
- Explore and apply AI tools to automate repetitive tasks and improve workflow efficiency.
- Provide coordination support for marketing meetings, presentations and communications, and other operational duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications:
- Strong organisational and project coordination capabilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to coordinate multiple marketing projects simultaneously.
- Collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively with diverse cross-functional teams.
- Experience with or aptitude for email marketing platforms and multi-channel campaign execution.
- Data literacy with ability to compile, analyse and synthesise campaign performance metrics.
- Curiosity about leveraging AI tools to streamline workflows and enhance marketing processes.
- Flexibility to support various marketing functions and adapt to changing priorities.

We are committed to fair, transparent pay, and we strive to provide competitive compensation in addition to a comprehensive benefits package. The range below represents Wiley's good faith and reasonable estimate of the base pay for this role at the time of posting roles either in the United Kingdom, Canada or USA. It is anticipated that most qualified candidates will fall within the range, however the ultimate salary offered for this role may be higher or lower and will be set based on a variety of non-discriminatory factors, including but not limited to, geographic location, skills, and competencies.
