Waiter/Waitress at The Randolph, Oxford | OTE £15.30 per hour

Bring warmth, polish, and personality to the floor of one of Oxford's most iconic addresses. We are looking for a passionate Waiter/Waitress to join the team at The Randolph, where every plate, every pour, and every welcome shapes a memorable guest experience.

What Will You Be Doing?

Delivering warm, attentive, and knowledgeable table service across the restaurant
Guiding guests through the menu, sharing recommendations, and answering questions with confidence
Taking orders accurately and managing the timing and flow of each course
Handling allergen and dietary requests with care and precision
Maintaining clean, well presented tables and service areas throughout the shift
Processing payments accurately and handling cash and card transactions with care
Supporting your team during busy services and contributing to a positive floor atmosphere

What Do You Need?

A genuine passion for hospitality and a love of great food and service
Previous waiting or front of house experience in a fast paced, quality led environment
Strong menu and service knowledge, or the enthusiasm and aptitude to learn quickly
A warm, confident, and guest first personality
The ability to stay calm, organised, and accurate under pressure
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as the rota requires
The right to work in the UK
