Associate Dentist – Growth-Focused Role in Oxfordshire Invisalign | Bonding | Private Growth | Mentored Environment
Are you an ambitious dentist who loves the idea of growing fast—clinically, professionally, and personally?
This is a rare opportunity to join a modern, forward-thinking, independently owned practice in Oxfordshire that is genuinely built around development, support, and long-term careers.
About the practice
We are a high-quality, mixed but predominantly private practice that has grown from two to seven surgeries—through a focus on doing things properly, investing in our people, and working as a team.
You’ll be joining a practice that is:
- Growth-driven: We are all about progression, not standing still.
- Collaborative: We work together, share ideas, and support each other.
- Well-equipped: Fully computerised with:
- iTero scanner
- Fully digital radiography
- Rotary endo
- IV sedation
- Operating microscope
- Air-conditioned surgeries
You’ll inherit an established patient list in a practice where patients value quality care and continuity.
The role – ideal for a dentist ready to step up
This role is perfect for a dentist who has built a solid foundation and now wants to push into more advanced, rewarding dentistry with the right support around them.
You will be encouraged and supported to grow in areas such as:
- Invisalign and clear aligner therapy
- Composite bonding and smile makeovers
- Advanced restorative and aesthetic dentistry
- Comprehensive treatment planning and communication
We want someone who is excited by the idea of becoming “the go-to” clinician for high-quality, ethical, advanced dentistry—while still being part of a grounded, friendly team.
Support, mentoring and peer learning
You won’t be left to figure things out alone.
You’ll be supported by:
- A hands-on Principal who is invested in your growth, not just your output
- An ILM Level 7 mentor
- A Thames Valley GDP appraiser
- An experienced FD trainer
Treatment Coordinator Supported
We also run regular peer review meetings to discuss clinical cases, treatment planning, complications, and all the real-world aspects of dentistry that you don’t get from a textbook. This is a place where you can ask questions, share challenges, and grow with your peers.
Who this would suit
We’re looking for someone who:
- Is enthusiastic, positive and hungry to learn
- Wants to build a long-term career, not just a short-term job
- Is keen to develop advanced skills such as Invisalign, bonding and aesthetic dentistry
- Values communication and relationships—with patients, colleagues and the wider team
- Thrives in a supportive, collaborative environment where growth is a shared goal
If you’re the kind of dentist who gets excited about doing things better each year, who enjoys feedback, and who wants to be part of a practice that genuinely invests in you—this will feel like home.
