We’re looking for an enthusiastic and hands-on Team Leader to help deliver exceptional customer experiences and support the daily running of our cafés.
As a Team Leader, you’ll play a key role on the shop floor leading by example, supporting your team, and ensuring every customer leaves with a smile (and their perfect drink).
Key Responsibilities
Customer Experience & Service Excellence

Deliver outstanding service by engaging with customers and bringing the Knoops experience to life

Lead by example in creating welcoming, positive, and memorable interactions
Team Support & Leadership

Support, motivate, and guide the barista team during shifts

Help create a positive team culture with strong communication and collaboration
Operational Support

Assist with the smooth running of daily operations, ensuring efficiency and high standards

Support with stock management, product availability, and store organisation
Standards & Compliance

Ensure all food safety, hygiene, and health & safety standards are consistently met

Maintain high levels of quality and presentation across all drinks and service
What We’re Looking For

Experience in a café, hospitality, or retail environment (supervisory experience is a plus)

A passion for high-quality drinks and exceptional customer service

Strong communication and teamwork skills

A proactive, hands-on approach with a positive attitude

Ability to stay calm, organised, and solution-focused in a fast-paced environment
