Job Introduction
Are you detail-focused, proactive and confident working with data to solve problems? Join us as an Empty Homes Data Co-Ordinator and play a key role in maintaining accurate information on void properties, helping ensure the efficient turnaround of homes across the organisation.
You’ll work closely with internal teams to monitor void activity, investigate issues and ensure housing management systems are accurate, up to date and fit for purpose. This is a proactive role where you’ll follow through on discrepancies, support reporting and help improve the quality of empty homes information across the business.
A Basic DBS check is required for this role.
Key Responsibilities

Maintain accurate records for empty homes and void properties within housing management systems

Monitor void activity and proactively follow up outstanding actions with internal teams

Investigate and resolve data discrepancies, missing information or delays

Ensure property status updates and customer interactions are correctly recorded

Support coordination of empty homes reporting, tracking and performance data

Work closely with colleagues across departments to support effective data management

Assist with data quality checks and system updates, including migration activity where required
More About You

Experience maintaining accurate records and working with data systems

Strong attention to detail with a commitment to data accuracy

Ability to interpret data and identify issues or inconsistencies

Experience working within housing, voids, lettings or property-related services would be an advantage
-
Proactive approach with strong follow-through and problem-solving skills

Excellent communication skills and ability to work across multiple teams

Ability to manage workload, prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
-
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office and housing systems
-
Experience with Power BI or similar tools would be an advantage
