About us

We are Colombia Coffee Roasters, a family-run specialty coffee company sourcing, roasting and serving single-origin Colombian coffees since 2012.

We are based in Oxford, where all our coffee is roasted in-house and distributed through our cafés, roastery and online store.

Sustainability, traceability and long-term relationships with producers are at the heart of everything we do. We work directly with coffee farmers across Colombia to ensure quality, consistency and responsible sourcing.

From sourcing in Colombia to roasting in Oxford and selling online and in our cafés, we manage the full coffee journey to deliver freshness and quality in every cup.

Who Are We Looking For?

We are looking for a commercially minded and highly organised E-commerce & Growth Coordinator to support the development of our online business.

This is a key role focused on improving online sales performance, coordinating digital activity, and ensuring smooth execution across e-commerce, marketing, inventory and product launches.

You will work closely with the General Manager, Marketing Manager and Head Roaster.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working across multiple areas of the business while keeping focus on growth and results.

Your Responsibilities

Your role will focus on coordinating and improving the performance of our online business.

Duties include but are not limited to:

Manage and optimise our Shopify store, ensuring products, pricing and content are accurate and up to date.
Monitor online sales performance and key KPIs (conversion, revenue, AOV, repeat purchases).
Support and coordinate product launches, promotions and seasonal campaigns. ● Work closely with the Marketing Manager to ensure campaigns are aligned and executed effectively.
Coordinate with the Head Roaster and General Manager to ensure stock availability and product readiness.
Manage inventory updates across green coffee, retail products and wholesale items.
Support pricing updates and ensure consistency across systems.
Prepare weekly reports on sales performance, stock and key business metrics.
Coordinate content creation activities including product photography and marketing shoots.

Requirements

You have these skills and experience:

Experience with Shopify or similar e-commerce platforms.
Strong organisational and coordination skills.
Commercial mindset with an understanding of online sales performance.
Ability to work with data, spreadsheets and reporting tools.
Strong communication and ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
Proactive, detail-oriented and comfortable taking ownership of tasks.
Interest in coffee, food or consumer brands is a plus.
