Full job description

Love football? Good with children? Reliable on weekend mornings?

WeeKicks runs fun football activity classes for children aged 15 months to 8 years. We’re looking for confident, positive people to help deliver brilliant sessions where children build confidence, coordination and a love of sport.

The role:
You’ll help run energetic football-based sessions for young children. The focus is not elite football coaching — it’s fun, safety, energy, encouragement and keeping children engaged.

You’ll be a great fit if you are:

Reliable and good at communicating
Confident working with young children
Positive, energetic and patient
Willing to learn our session structure
Available Saturday and/or Sunday mornings
Interested in coaching, sport, childcare, teaching or youth development

Experience helps, but attitude matters most.
We can support the right person with training and development.

Main responsibilities:

Deliver fun football activity sessions
Encourage and include all children
Keep sessions safe, organised and positive
Communicate well with parents and other coaches
Follow WeeKicks session standards and safeguarding expectations

Pay:
£9.50–£16.00 per hour depending on age, experience and role.
