Panel Beater / Strip & Fit Technician – OTE £50K
KerbSafe is growing fast, and we’re looking for a skilled Panel Beater / Strip & Fit Technician to join our busy bodyshop.
We’ve got a strong flow of work from dealerships and private customers—so if you’re good at what you do, you’ll stay busy.
The Job:
- Panel repairs carried out to a high standard
- Strip & fit of vehicle components
- Preparing vehicles for paint (sanding, masking, priming)
- Supporting the paint team where required
- Working efficiently to keep jobs moving through the workshop
- Maintaining quality across every stage of the repair
What we need from you:
- Experience in panel beating, strip & fit, or vehicle prep
- Reliable and able to work on your own or as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail
- Able to work at pace without cutting corners
