Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and skilled Plumber/Heating Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing plumbing and heating systems across a variety of commercial and residential settings. Your expertise will ensure that systems operate efficiently, safely, and reliably, contributing to the comfort and safety of our clients. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse projects, utilize a broad range of technical skills, and grow within a supportive environment that values professionalism and craftsmanship.

Responsibilities

Install, repair, and maintain plumbing fixtures, piping, and heating systems according to industry standards and safety regulations
Conduct routine inspections of plumbing and heating equipment to identify issues before they escalate
Use hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and carpentry skills to assemble and modify systems as needed
Perform heavy lifting of materials and equipment safely to facilitate installation or repairs
Read technical drawings, blueprints, and mechanical diagrams to accurately execute projects
Maintain detailed records of work performed, parts used, and system conditions for each job
Collaborate with team members and clients to troubleshoot problems efficiently and ensure customer satisfaction

Qualifications

Proven experience in plumbing and heating system installation and maintenance in commercial or residential environments
Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, welding techniques, and assembly processes
Strong mechanical knowledge combined with basic math skills for measurements and calculations
Ability to perform heavy lifting safely while adhering to safety protocols
Knowledge of carpentry techniques useful for framing or supporting systems during installation
Valid driver’s license
Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret technical drawings accurately
Gas Safe
Minimum 3 Years experience as a qualified engineer
