SOCIAL MEDIA & CLIENT COORDINATOR

£13.50/hour | Fully remote (Banbury and surrounding area) | Part time → full time

Overview

Do you love connecting brands with audiences and building real relationships? We're looking for an energetic, detail-oriented Social Media & Client Coordinator to join AMW Media, a full-service creative media agency working with ambitious brands across the UK.

In this role, you'll be the heartbeat of our client accounts: the primary liaison for our valued clients and the person who makes sure the right content goes out, on time, every week. Your enthusiasm, creativity and organisational skills will drive engagement, strengthen client relationships and keep multiple accounts running without a hitch. Responsibilities

Serve as the main point of contact for clients, mostly over WhatsApp, ensuring clear communication, quick responses and timely follow-up
Coordinate with clients to understand their goals, provide updates and make sure expectations are met or exceeded
Coordinate shoot days between videographers and clients, and confirm every client's weekly content is in hand
Manage daily content scheduling and posting across multiple accounts through our platform, maintaining a consistent online presence for every client
Write captions using AI in each client's tone of voice
Run client sign-offs and double-check scheduled posts before they go live
Create engaging graphics, carousels and thumbnails in Canva or Illustrator
Monitor accounts for comments, messages and mentions, responding promptly to build community engagement
Pitch video ideas that generate views and align with client goals
Track performance and send monthly content reports that measure success and identify opportunities for growth
Spot issues early: a failed post, a client gone quiet, footage running low

Qualifications

Charismatic and outgoing, the kind of person people warm to fast
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail
Seriously organised, able to manage multiple accounts and deadlines simultaneously without letting anything slip
Creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative content ideas
Confident using AI in your workflow (or eager to learn, it's part of the daily job here)
Experience in social media management or digital marketing is preferred
Familiarity with social media tools and analytics platforms is a plus
Knowledge of Meta Ads is a bonus, not a dealbreaker
A proactive team player who thrives working independently and collaboratively

The practical bits

Fully remote, with some in-person client meetings, so you'll need to be in Banbury or the surrounding area
Minimum 80 hours per month, averaging 100, moving into full time
Set your own working hours, within reason
You'll work with Canva, Google Drive, Notion, WhatsApp, Claude and our own scheduling platform. Full training and handover provided
Occasional weekend work. Rare, but it happens
