What you’ll do

Support the Store Manager in the day-to-day running of the store
Lead by example on the shop floor, delivering exceptional customer service
Coach and guide the team to meet sales and service targets
Maintain high standards of store presentation and operations
Help customers find eyewear that combines style, comfort and expert care
Take ownership of the store and step up when needed in the manager’s absence
