Job Summary

The Inside Sales Manager is responsible for leading and developing a high‑performing inside sales team to drive revenue growth, pipeline creation, and customer engagement. This role blends people leadership with commercial ownership, ensuring the team delivers consistent results while maintaining a strong customer‑first approach.

What You Will Do

Lead, coach, and motivate an inside sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets
Set clear expectations around performance, activity, pipeline management, and forecasting
Support the team with deal strategy, objection handling, and commercial decision‑making
Work closely with field sales, account managers, and internal stakeholders to drive growth
Track performance metrics and identify opportunities for process improvement
Recruit, onboard, and develop team members, creating clear development and progression plans
Promote a positive, high‑accountability sales culture focused on customer experience

What We Expect of You

Proven experience managing an inside sales or telesales team
Strong people leadership skills with a track record of coaching and developing talent
Commercial mindset with experience driving team performance and revenue outcomes
Comfortable operating in a fast‑paced, target‑driven environment
Strong analytical skills with experience using CRM systems and sales data
Clear, confident communicator with the ability to influence and collaborate across teams
