Join our growing beauty salon and help shape its future.

We are looking for an experienced, organised and proactive person with a background in the beauty industry to take responsibility for the salon's marketing, social media presence and operational support.

This is not just a social media role.

We're looking for someone who understands the beauty industry, knows how to attract new clients, build a strong brand and contribute to the overall growth and success of the salon.

Your responsibilitiesMarketing & Social Media

Develop and implement a marketing strategy to help grow the salon.
Plan, create and publish engaging content across Instagram, Facebook and TikTok.
Produce daily Stories and regular posts, Reels and videos.
Capture professional photos and videos within the salon to showcase treatments, results and the team.
Plan and promote seasonal offers, events and new treatments.
Monitor social media performance and continuously improve results.
Identify new opportunities to increase bookings and attract new clients.
Ensure all online content reflects the salon's brand and professional standards.

Salon Operations

Support the day-to-day organisation and smooth running of the salon.
Work closely with the salon owner.
Help maintain high standards of customer service and presentation.
Suggest improvements to salon procedures, marketing and client experience.
Assist with in-salon promotions and local marketing activities.
Provide reception cover when required during holidays, sickness or staff absence.
Support the team and help ensure agreed procedures are followed.

We're looking for someone who:

Has previous experience within the beauty industry.
Has experience managing social media for a business.
Understands how to grow a beauty business through effective marketing.
Is creative and confident producing high-quality content.
Can work independently and take initiative.
Is highly organised and reliable.
Has excellent communication skills.
Is confident interacting with both clients and staff.
Enjoys finding solutions and bringing new ideas to the business.
Is passionate about helping a business grow rather than simply maintaining it.

What we're looking for

We want someone who takes ownership of their work and focuses on achieving results.

Rather than simply posting content, we're looking for someone who can create a clear strategy, build the salon's online presence, increase engagement and ultimately help attract more clients.

This role combines marketing, social media and operational support, making it an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys variety and wants to make a genuine impact on a growing beauty business.

Pay

Salary will depend on experience and responsibilities.

The role combines a defined social media and marketing workload with additional paid operational support within the salon when required.
