What you will be doing
Facilities and cleaning
- Personally clean and maintain offices, kitchen, bar and meeting meeting rooms to a high standard every day
- Vacuum, mop, dust, and sanitise all surfaces throughout the office space
- Restock products and consumables as needed
- Empty bins and manage waste and recycling
- Monitor office and cleaning supply levels and order accordingly
- Report faults, damage, or hazards to your line manager promptly
- Assist contractors during visits and help with minor maintenance tasks
Office Support
- Assist with filing, scanning, and document management
- Greet visitors and support the reception area when needed
- Help prepare meeting rooms and refreshments ahead of meetings
- Run errands and provide general administrative support to the wider team
- Refresh drink and food stations as required
- Manage incoming and outgoing post, couriers, and deliveries
- Assist with scheduling, meeting room bookings, and calendar management
- Support the team with document preparation, printing, and scanning
- Greet and sign in visitors, and answer calls
- Order and manage office supplies, stationery, and kitchen essentials
- Liaise with suppliers, service providers, and building management
- Run errands locally as required

Requirements
- No prior experience necessary
- Good written and spoken English
- Basic computer literacy (email, Word, Excel)
- Physically able to carry out cleaning and facilities tasks
- Must be available to work on-site, Monday to Friday
- Driving License
Pay: £19,850.00 per year
