We are looking for an organised and proactive candidate to support our UK and international operations. This role combines administration, compliance management, operational coordination, installation support, and maintenance management to ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and in line with company and regulatory requirements.
The role is mainly office-based and involves managing documentation, compliance records, certifications, training requirements, project administration, and international operational processes. However, the successful candidate will also be required to attend site visits when necessary to support installations, assess contractor performance and capabilities, verify compliance requirements, and provide operational support. In addition, regular maintenance visits/works will form part of the role.
This position would suit someone who enjoys balancing office-based administrative responsibilities with site-based activities. Candidates with experience in AV, technical installations, construction, facilities, or similar project environments will be highly regarded.
Enhanced Site Visits & Operational Support
- Attend customer, installation, and distributor sites when required.
- Conduct site assessments to verify project readiness, compliance requirements, and operational standards.
- Assess contractor and installer workmanship, capability, professionalism, and adherence to company standards.
- Monitor site activities and provide feedback on contractor performance and project delivery.
- Identify potential risks, compliance concerns, or operational issues and escalate where appropriate.
- Liaise directly with customers, contractors, installers, and project stakeholders on-site.
- Support installations, maintenance activities, site surveys, and compliance inspections.
- Ensure site records, reports, photographs, and documentation are completed accurately and submitted promptly.
- Provide recommendations for improvements to processes, standards, and contractor performance.

- Comfortable working in both office and site environments.

- Administrative skills with the ability to maintain accurate records and documentation.
- Confident communicating with contractors, installers, customers, and internal teams.
Additional Desirable Skills & Experience
- Previous experience within the AV, construction, facilities management, technical installation, or project delivery sectors.
- Experience attending site surveys, installation projects, or contractor management activities.
- Understanding of installation processes and site-based working practices.
- Full UK driving licence.
- Passport
- Available to travel UK/Internationally at short notice

Pay: £27,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
