We're looking for a Junior Brand Manager to join our lively, experienced and endlessly fun team. You’ll play a key part in supporting, delivering and developing our brands across the UK market – with plenty of room to learn and grow along the way.

The Role
As a Junior Brand Manager, you will support the development, execution, and growth of brand and product strategies across a portfolio of brands within the UK market. Working closely with a vibrant, innovative and playful team, you will help deliver impactful marketing initiatives, monitor brand performance, and contribute to identifying opportunities for growth and innovation.
What We’re Looking For
Passionate, creative, highly organised, team player with strong attention to detail
A great communicator who enjoys collaborating and building relationships
Confident presenting and pitching ideas to a range of audiences — from internal teams to external customers and partners
Curious and self-motivated, with a growth mindset and a genuine love of learning
Experience in consumer product marketing (around a year or two), and excited to take your next step
Degree in Marketing, Business or equivalent experience
Awareness of the UK retail landscape (as it relates to consumer goods) would be a real plus
Knowledge of a variety of marketing tactics
Ability to support multiple projects at once in a fast-paced environment
Genuinely interested in data, and keen to use it to support marketing decisions and forecasting

Our contracts are Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week (1/2 hour paid lunch break).
We run a Non contractual flexi‑hours scheme with core working hours from 10:00 to 15:00 (Monday to Friday). The remaining hours can be worked flexibly across the working week.
