As our Appointment Setter, you will be the first point of contact for many prospective clients, introducing our innovative product ranges and arranging appointments for our external sales representatives. You'll have the opportunity to engage with influential decision-makers within the construction and design industry, helping to generate exciting new project opportunities.
The role offers plenty of variety, combining relationship-building, business development and sales support. You will manage enquiries and sample requests, maintain accurate CRM records, research potential customers and projects, and support ongoing customer communications. You'll also work closely with the sales team to identify specification opportunities and develop new project leads.
You:
You will:
- Have previous experience in a sales support, appointment setting, telesales or business development role, with a track record of delivering results.
- Be a confident and professional communicator with excellent verbal and written communication skills and a positive telephone manner.
- Be able to build rapport, develop long-term relationships with ease and be confident in communicating with all levels of potential customers.
- Be an active listener who can identify customer needs, understand project requirements and recognise potential opportunities.
- Be comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls and following up opportunities in a professional and consistent manner.
- Be self-motivated, proactive and driven to achieve both individual and team goals.
- Take ownership of your work, demonstrating strong self-discipline, accountability and a positive attitude.
- Work effectively as part of a small, friendly and supportive team while also being confident working independently.

- Have a genuine interest in learning about our products, customers and the wider construction and interiors industry.
- Experience in construction, interiors or architectural products would be beneficial, but it is not essential as training and support will be provided.
This is an excellent opportunity for a confident communicator who is commercially minded, target-driven, and enjoys building strong relationships over the phone. If you are confident in your capabilities and are prepared to contribute maximum effort to achieve the company targets, we would love to hear from you. In return, you'll gain valuable industry knowledge, develop your sales and business development skills, and be part of a supportive team where your efforts are recognised and rewarded.
