Join Gist and keep M&S moving this summer

We’re growing our Thatcham driver team and looking for professional Class 1 Drivers to support our busy M&S operation this summer and beyond

Whether you prefer trunking, store deliveries, tramping, or shunting, you’ll be joining a fast-paced logistics operation with consistent work, modern vehicles, and a supportive transport team behind you with genuine long-term opportunities.

Shift Information

Hours: Full-time 40 hours per week
Rota: Any 5 out of 7 rota
Start times: 01:45 - 02:15

Hours: Part-time 24 hours per week
Rota: Thu, Fri, Sat or Fri, Sat, Sun
Start times: Any time between 12:00 and 18:00

The Role

Store Deliveries

You’ll be delivering stock safely and efficiently to M&S stores while providing a professional service at every location.

What you’ll be doing:

Completing store deliveries across the network
Carrying out vehicle checks and delivery paperwork
Working safely and efficiently to planned schedules
Representing Gist and M&S professionally on site

What We’re Looking For

Valid Class 1 (C+E) licence
Minimum 18 months Class 1 driving experience
Driver CPC qualification
A driving record that meets our internal safety and compliance standards
Professional and safety-focused approach
Reliable, team-focused attitude
Comfortable with manual handling where required
