We’re looking for a reliable, hands-on Warehouse Supervisor to lead our Exeter depot and keep operations running smoothly.

Your Day-to-Day

Oversee pick, pack & dispatch operations
Lead and support a small warehouse team
Manage stock accuracy, cycle counts & WMS
Keep standards high for health & safety
Monitor KPIs, productivity & deadlines
Help load routes for next-day healthcare deliveries

We Want Someone Who:

Has 2+ years as a Warehouse Supervisor / Team Leader
Comes from logistics, distribution, or fulfilment
Is confident with WMS systems + Excel
Leads from the front (not afraid to get stuck in)
Is reliable, organised, and calm under pressure

Ideal Backgrounds
