Job Overview
We are seeking 2 experienced and dedicated Restaurant Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our establishment. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in hospitality and management, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. As a Restaurant Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring that all aspects of food safety, food production, and customer service are upheld to the highest standards.

We are looking for a supervisors that are flexible and can work mornings, days and evenings. Full time or part time positions available.

Duties

Supervise and coordinate daily restaurant operations, ensuring efficient service and high-quality food preparation.
Manage staff training, and performance evaluations to foster a positive work environment.
Handle customer inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally, ensuring guest satisfaction at all times.
Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies to ensure the smooth operation of the restaurant.

Experience

Proven experience in a managerial role within the restaurant or hospitality industry is essential.
Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices is required.
Excellent supervisory skills with the ability to lead a diverse team effectively.
Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on customer service excellence.
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
