Full job description

Hotel Linen Services is expanding, and we are looking for a reliable and motivated Laundry Operator to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to grow with a fast developing company.

The Role

As a Laundry Operator, you will be responsible for the smooth daily running of our commercial laundry facility. Duties include:

Operating commercial washing machines and tumble dryers
Ironing items to a high standard using commercial ironing equipment
Performing quality checks on all linen to ensure excellent presentation
Supporting the general day to day operations of the laundrette
Rota based role offering 15-37.5 hours per week, working Monday-Friday 7:45am-4:15pm. Candidates must be available to work full days, with the number of days varying each week.

About You

We’re looking for someone who is:

Highly self-motivated and able to work effectively in a small team
Comfortable working under pressure and meeting set targets
Detail oriented with pride in producing high quality work
Physically able to carry out manual, repetitive tasks throughout the day

Please ensure you can commit to the set working hours, as these are non-negotiable.
