Key responsibilities:
We are seeking an individual to provide a comprehensive audio typing service to the Maternity & Gynaecology Team. The role involves transcribing dictation from outpatient clinics, letters and discharge summaries, as well as entering data onto clinical systems to support patient follow-up requirements. You will be responsible for uploading files to the Clinical Portal (EPR), ensuring compliance with quality standards and meeting typing turnaround timescales. In addition, you will process SCI Gateway referrals and provide telephone cover within the department.
