At Curaleaf International, we are looking for a sharp, proactive, and analytical Sales support coordinator to act as the operational engine of our sales department. This isn't just an admin role-you will be the bridge between our field-based Account Managers and our internal success.

- Be the Data Guru: Use your Excel skills (VLOOKUPs and Pivot Tables are your best friends) to track KPIs, identify trends, and create the dashboards that drive our strategy.
- Fuel the Field Team: Act as the primary internal contact for our sales reps, preparing professional customer collateral and ensuring they have everything they need to win.
- Master the Onboarding: Manage the end-to-end setup for new accounts, ensuring our CRM (Monday.com) is flawless and customer records are pin-sharp.
- Drive Engagement: Occasionally pick up the phone to connect with customers, supporting department initiatives and building momentum.
You are detail-oriented, commercially aware, and comfortable working with data in a fast-moving sales environment. You enjoy solving problems, supporting colleagues, and bringing structure to complex workflows.
You will bring:

Previous experience in a sales support, sales administration, or analytical role

Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs, formulas, reporting)

Strong analytical ability with experience interpreting sales data

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

High attention to detail and data accuracy

Ability to prioritise multiple requests and manage competing deadlines

Experience working with CRM systems (Monday.com or similar preferred)
