Job Summary

We have a brand new app to launch, and it will need someone who is excellent at social media to shout about it, but also has strong HR admin skills to manage the additional policies and contracts that will need to be created for the new customers.

We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented HR and Social Media Assistant to join our dynamic team. This position offers an exciting opportunity to support human resources functions while managing our social media presence. You will play a vital role in streamlining HR processes, maintaining employee data, and engaging with our community through various social media channels. Your proactive attitude and excellent communication skills will help foster a positive workplace environment and elevate our brand visibility.

Duties

Assist with data entry, editing and updating HR documents.
Manage social media accounts by creating engaging content, scheduling posts, and monitoring interactions across platforms.
Maintain accurate employee records, ensuring compliance with company policies and data privacy standards.
Collaborate with the HR team to track our casework and monitor our business growth
Respond to client inquiries promptly and professionally via email or internal communication channels.
Track social media analytics to measure engagement and recommend strategies for growth.
Raise the awareness of our new HR App

Requirements

Experience updating Contracts of Employment and Employee Handbooks
Strong administrative experience including data entry, record keeping, and document management.
Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal—to effectively interact with team members and external audiences.
Knowledge of social media management tools and best practices for content creation and engagement.
Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with HR processes related to human resources functions such as onboarding, employee data management, and compliance.

You will work from home, but will need to attend the office every Thursday for a team meetings.

As this is a new role, we are able to be flexible with the hours offered.

Pay: £25,420.00-£32,000.00 per year

Work Location: Hybrid remote in St. Austell
