LPB Building & Roofing Ltd is a well-established, family-run construction company based in Northwich, Cheshire, with a growing reputation for being honest, reliable, and efficient.
We specialise in a wide range of building and roofing projects — from extensions and loft conversions to structural knock-throughs, renovations, and roof replacements.
Our team is expanding, and we’re looking for skilled, motivated tradesmen who take pride in delivering high-quality workmanship.

The Role

We’re seeking an experienced Multi-Trader / General Builder who can work across a variety of trades and handle both small repairs and large-scale domestic projects.

Key Responsibilities

Joinery and general building work
Plaster boarding, skimming, and internal finishing
Installing steels and assisting with structural knock-throughs
Brickwork, pointing, and repointing tasks
Site preparation, waste management, and ensuring clean, safe working conditions

What We’re Looking For

Minimum 3 years of proven site experience
Competent in multiple trades
Own tools and transport
Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work as part of a team
Excellent attention to detail and pride in finish quality
