Full job description

is looking for a Part-Time Lettings Assistant to join our friendly lettings team based at our Brymbo office.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with previous lettings or estate agency experience who enjoys working in a busy office environment, dealing with people, and supporting the smooth running of a professional lettings department.

Hours

The role is part-time, ideally working:

Monday to Friday: 2:30pm – 5:30pm
Plus 1 in 4 Saturdays: 10:00am – 2:00pm

There is free parking available at the office.

Key Responsibilities

The role will involve supporting the Lettings Manager with the day-to-day running of the lettings department, including:

Carrying out general administration duties
Making and receiving telephone calls
Dealing with landlord and tenant enquiries
Updating records and maintaining accurate information
Supporting with tenancy-related paperwork and lettings processes
Working to deadlines and completing tasks within agreed timescales
Assisting with the smooth running of the office

The Ideal Candidate

We are looking for someone who is:

Organised, reliable and able to work to deadlines
Confident dealing with landlords, tenants and applicants
Computer savvy with good administrative skills
Accurate, with a keen eye for detail
Friendly, professional and approachable
Able to work well as part of a close team
Punctual, well-presented and has a strong work ethic
Willing to take instruction and manage tasks efficiently

Previous lettings experience would be ideal, and experience within an estate agency environment would also be useful.

A Rent Smart Wales qualification would be advantageous, although not essential.
