We’re hiring a Senior Therapist at our newest spa opening soon within the Great Sankey neighbourhood Hub.
This is a hands-on role for someone amazing at what they do — a therapist who brings energy, high standards, and confidence in both treatments and sales.
You’ll work closely with the Regional Spa Manager, supporting performance, standards and client experience across the spa, while being a key presence on the spa floor.
The Role:
Deliver consistently high-quality treatments
Build strong client relationships and drive rebooking
Confidently recommend upgrades, retail, courses and memberships
Take ownership of your column performance and sales
Lead by example on the spa floor
Support and guide other therapists to improve consultation quality and conversion
What We’re Looking For
Essential:
Beauty Therapy qualification
Confident across core beauty treatments
Strong consultation and client care skills
Comfortable with sales conversations and recommendations
Positive, reliable and team-focused
Desirable:
Intimate waxing
Experience supporting or mentoring other therapists
Strong track record in rebooking, retail or course sales
