What you'll do:

From day one, you'll:

Start powerful conversations with decision-makers — from MDs to Marketing Directors.
Build and manage outbound campaigns across a variety of industries and markets.
Master the art of sales through our proven process, built around curiosity, empathy and results.
Understand clients' worlds and tailor your approach to what really matters to them.
Consistently generate qualified meetings and opportunities for our clients.
Collaborate with a supportive, high-performing team who'll have your back every step of the way.
Contribute ideas, share best practice and help shape how we continue to improve.

This isn't a script-reading role. We want people who can think on their feet, ask great questions and genuinely engage with prospects.

Who you are:

We're looking for someone who already has some experience in sales development, outbound sales or cold calling and wants to continue building a career in sales.

You'll likely be:

A confident communicator who enjoys speaking to people.
Curious about business and what makes people tick.
Comfortable picking up the phone and having meaningful conversations.
Resilient, driven and motivated by achieving results.
Someone who takes ownership and wants to continually improve.
Looking for a long-term career, not just your next job.
A sound person.

We're ideally looking for someone with 6+ months of outbound sales, SDR, BDR or cold-calling experience.
