Due to rapid growth and high demand, we are looking for keen and enthusiastic Senior Beauty Therapists.

The salons are very spacious and modern. We welcome you into a friendly environment in which to work, and this is a fantastic opportunity to join a reputable, renowned and expanding company.

Your New Job Role

We believe that it is important to truly welcome our staff and make them a valued part of our award-winning team. We will support and train you throughout your journey, helping you to develop your skills and progress within our in-house training academy.

Joining the team at The Venue is your first step to becoming part of a well-established and luxurious beauty salon located in the heart of Wallisdown, Westbourne and Christchurch.

We work with industry-leading products and brands including Alma Lasers, Alumier, Cynosure, Hydrafacial, The GelBottle Inc, Navy Professional, Cryotherapy and much more.

What We Are Looking For

NVQ Level 3 qualification in Beauty Therapy (essential)
Additional training such as laser is an added bonus but not essential
Excellent customer service skills – our clients are always at the heart of our business
Great personality with energy and enthusiasm for your work
Professional and well presented to reflect The Venue Salon brand
A passion for beauty and a friendly attitude to fit in with our positive team
Highly motivated to achieve
Excellent time keeping
Hard working and reliable
