Full job description

We are seeking to recruit a Residential Administrator based in our Glasgow Office to join our growing business.

This is a full-time position working Monday to Friday from 8:30am to 5:00pm.

The Role

The role will primarily involve audio typing, raising fees, inputting instruction data on to our internal system, co-ordinating staff member diaries, managing property key log book for viewings, answering incoming telephone calls and the provision of wider admin support.

The role will assist our residential team and ensure the smooth running of the office. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of the Firms growth

Role Requirements

Knowledge and experience of working within a similar role or property surveying office is desirable but not essential.

Ability to work under pressure and use initiative to think through problems and find solutions. Excellent communication skills, ability to learn quickly and understanding the importance of meeting deadlines are required in order to deliver excellent client care.

Skills + Experience

Ideal candidates will have experience working within an office environment, full understanding of Microsoft Suite and the proven ability to work individually as well as part of a team. They will have the ability to prioritise and coordinate tasks efficiently, ensuring deadlines are met with accuracy and attention to detail.

Experience:

Audio typing: 1 year (required)
