Earnings potential
Your basic salary is just the starting point. You'll earn personal commission on your own results, plus a share of office-wide commission when the team hits its targets — so everyone has a stake in the collective success of the office.
With 100 properties for sale and 120 sales agreed, the pipeline is already there. You bring the effort; we provide the platform.

About the role
You'll have your own desk in our Westbury office and a genuine mix of work to keep every day interesting — from managing your pipeline and progressing sales to getting out for valuations, viewings, and client appointments across the local area. It's the kind of job where you're always moving, always talking to people, and always working towards something.
The team is experienced, supportive, and good fun to work with. We take what we do seriously, but we don't take ourselves too seriously — and our regular team socials reflect that.
