Job Description: As a Sales Assistant Dyfed Menswear, you will play a pivotal role in assisting grooms and wedding parties in selecting the perfect attire for their special day. Your passion for men's fashion, attention to detail, and dedication to providing excellent customer service will ensure that every client receives a personalized and memorable experience.
Responsibilities:
1. Consultation: Meet with grooms and wedding parties to understand their style preferences, wedding theme, and specific requirements.
2. Product Selection: Showcase our extensive collection of wedding suits, offering expert advice and recommendations tailored to each client's needs and budget.
3. Fittings: Conduct precise measurements and fittings to ensure the perfect fit for every customer, collaborating with our skilled tailors to make any necessary alterations.
4. Customer Service: Provide attentive and personalized service throughout the entire process, addressing any questions or concerns and ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience for our clients.
5. Order Management: Manage suit rentals and retail purchases, from processing transactions to coordinating delivery or pickup schedules, maintaining accurate records, and managing inventory levels.
6. Styling Assistance: Offer styling advice and guidance on coordinating accessories such as shirts, ties, pocket squares, and shoes to complete the wedding day look.
7. Promotion and Marketing: Actively promote Dyfed Menswear's wedding suit services through various channels, including wedding fayres and social media.

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in retail sales or formalwear rental preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer service.

- Proficiency in computer systems and point-of-sale (POS) software.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
