The Person:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Enjoys working as part of a team and independently
- Ability to remain calm and courteous under pressure
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
The Role:
- Greet and welcome guests, residents, or clients warmly upon arrival
- Helping guests, including luggage handling and package deliveries
- Deliver the guest’s mail, newspapers and express check out bills to their rooms
- Always demonstrates a high level of customer service
- Implement security and emergency procedures when required
