We are now looking for another Lettings Administrator to join our fantastic team.

Job Type: Full-time (8.30am to 5pm Monday to Thursday and 8.30am to 4pm on Fridays).

Office Location: Central Edinburgh (EH6 5NP)

Company: We are a well-established and award-winning Firm of Chartered Surveyors offering bespoke investment and property management services to landlords and investors.

You’ll be responsible for supporting our Lettings team and will report to our Head of Lettings. All our staff are Individual members of ARLA and you will be supported to join this professional body. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure all our tenants and potential tenants enjoy excellent customer service.

Job Role

· answering phones

· advertising properties

· booking viewings / managing applications / reference checks

· issuing / returning property keys

· scheduling appointments / utility changeovers etc

· carry out viewings as required

· support other members of the team as required

Required

· Full driving licence

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills

· Skilled in Excel / IT

· Attention to detail

Desired

· Some industry experience (ARLA / Letwise) would be beneficial but not essential
