This person can be based in our Bath, London, Leeds or Manchester office on a hybrid working model.

We’re looking for a Business Process Improvement Analyst (ERP) to join our expanding Business Process Improvement (BPI) Team, playing a key role in driving change across our systems and processes.

About The Role

This is a hands-on position where you’ll work closely with stakeholders across the business to identify opportunities, solve problems, and drive meaningful change. You’ll manage a pipeline of initiatives, ensuring priorities are aligned with business needs and delivering outcomes that support both operational efficiency and long-term growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver business and system improvement projects and initiatives
Analyse business needs, systems, and processes to identify improvement opportunities
Elicit, document, and manage business and system requirements
Map as is and to be processes and recommend practical solutions
Act as the link between business stakeholders and technical teams
Specify technical requirements and work with the technical teams to deliver solutions
Oversee system and user testing to ensure solutions meet business needs
Prepare and deliver user training
Support the communication, roll out, and adoption of initiatives

Your skills and experience:

At least 5 years' experience working as a business analyst
Experience delivering projects or change initiatives of varying scale end-to-end
Familiar working with business systems (e.g. ERP, CRM, reporting tools)
Proven experience analysing and improving business systems and processes
Skilled in requirements engineering and process mapping
Strong analytical and problem solving skills, including the ability to interrogate data
Adept at translating business needs into clear, structured requirements for delivery teams
Ability to present complex information clearly to non technical audiences
Excellent stakeholder management skills with a strong ability to influence
Strong IT skills and ability to quickly learn new systems
BCS qualification or equivalent
