At Reflections Training Academy, we’re passionate about empowering individuals through education and supporting them into successful careers. We are currently looking for a full-time, enthusiastic, and self-motivated Learner Engagement/Enrolment Co-ordinator to join our Bristol team.
The Role
As a Learner Engagement/Enrolment Co-ordinator, you will play a vital role in shaping the future of our learners. You’ll be the first point of contact for young people looking to start a career in Hairdressing and/or Barbering, guiding them through their enrolment journey and supporting them into apprenticeships or full-time training programmes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage and recruit young learners for apprenticeships or full-time training programmes.
- Support learners in securing employment or placements through liaising with new and existing employers.
- Build strong relationships with learners from the beginning of their journey, offering guidance, support, and motivation.
- Conduct one-on-one consultations with prospective learners to understand their goals and match them with suitable opportunities.
- Organise and lead welcome days, open days, and other recruitment events.
- Collaborate with the Marketing Team to promote learner engagement and increase recruitment.
- Work closely with the Director and management team to support continuous improvement efforts.
- Analyse recruitment and engagement data to drive future strategy.

Essential Qualities:
- Experience in working with or supporting young people.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities.
- Passionate about making a positive impact through education.
- Competent with Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to work flexibly to meet the needs of the business.
- Previous experience in the training or education sector.(desirable but not essential)
- A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
