About the Role

We are looking for an experienced, passionate, and motivated Senior Spa Therapist to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who is committed to delivering exceptional treatments while supporting the development and performance of the wider therapist team.

As Senior Spa Therapist, you will lead by example, overseeing the therapist team, maintaining treatment standards, supporting training and development, and ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the treatment areas.

Key Responsibilities

Treatment Delivery

Deliver exceptional spa treatments and customer experiences in line with company standards.
Maintain a minimum of two treatment days per week.
Ensure treatment protocols and guest care standards are consistently achieved.
Provide treatment cover for therapist sickness, holidays, and periods of high demand.
Promote and recommend appropriate retail products and treatment upgrades to guests.

Essential Requirements

NVQ Level 2 and Level 3 Beauty Therapy qualifications (essential).
Previous spa therapist experience.
Excellent knowledge of spa treatments, guest care, and professional standards.
Strong leadership and team support skills.
Excellent communication and organisational abilities.
Passion for retail and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Flexible approach to working hours, including weekends.
Ability to motivate, coach, and develop others.
