Full job description

** PLEASE NOTE THE START DATE FOR THIS ROLE SUBJECT TO DBS CHECK COMPLETION AND VETTING BEING COMPLETED IS TUESDAY 11TH AUGUST 2026 **

At Green Fox Cleaning, we are currently looking for an experienced and reliable person preferably with previous supervisory experience to join our dedicated school cleaning team at a primary school in Peacehaven, working as a cleaning supervisor.

You will be leading a team which will include four cleaning operatives.

The fixed shift time will be from 3:45pm - 6:45pm Monday to Friday (15 hours per week).

You will be working 43 weeks per yer (39 weeks term time, plus 4 weeks deeper cleaning spread across school holidays), plus 28 days paid holiday per annum.

Your core duties will include the following:

Inducting new starters, and providing training and developing your team.
Proactively monitoring cleaning standards.
Managing HR and performance issues, supported by a manager.
Stocking management, and ordering supplies in good time.
On-site point of contact for the school, reacting to feedback.
Working closely with the contract manager to deliver an excellent service.
Cleaning your own smaller area of the school as required.
