Full job description

We are currently seeking a Legal Secretary to join our friendly conveyancing team in Eastbourne.

The role is a full time, permanent position. 8.30am-5.00pm, Monday to Friday, fully office based.

The role requirements include but are not limited to: -

Support Fee Earner in management of secretarial workload
Typing up dictation (audio-typing)
File Management (paper and digital)
Managing file related queries by phone, email or face to face
Ensure all clients are provided for efficiently and professionally
Assist with general office admin
Undertake photocopying/filing/faxing etc as required
Ensure all internal policies an procedures are followed

Admin/Secretarial experience in office is beneficial. Strong typing skills, spelling, punctuation and grammar essential. Working in a legal environment/knowledge of conveyancing advantageous.
