Responsibilities

Provide professional haircuts, trims, and grooming services tailored to individual client preferences
Offer expert advice on hair styles, colours, and grooming products
Maintain a clean and hygienic work environment in accordance with health and safety regulations
Build rapport with clients to ensure repeat business and customer loyalty
Manage appointment schedules efficiently to minimise wait times
Keep up-to-date with the latest trends in barbering and grooming techniques
Ensure all tools and equipment are well-maintained and sterilised after each use

Skills

Proven experience in barbering with a strong portfolio of hair styling work
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively in English
Strong communication skills to understand client needs and provide professional recommendations
