Established over 20 years we employ more than 150 people; we are largest and most experienced, family friendly home care and supported living service in Pembrokeshire.

Are you available to work these shifts?

o 9:00am – 5:30 pm

Are you 21 or over?
Do you own a car and have a valid driving licence?
Are you happy to upgrade your car insurance for work purposes?
Are you willing to drive manual and automatic cars owned and insured by the clients?
Are you willing to work in areas such as Fishguard and Haverfordwest?

WHAT WE CAN OFFER YOU,

Attend Social Care Induction Framework training before you support any of our clients.
Shadow senior staff who will show you what to do before added to our rota.
20 hours per week (3.5 days) with potential to increase to 30.
Work Monday to Friday and 1 in 4 Saturdays.
£13.45 per hour.
Travel time at £13.45 an hour.
Miles traveled paid at 45 pence per mile every fortnight.
Rest breaks in line with working time regulations.
Contracted hours and shift patterns for a comfortable work-life balance.
Monthly pay 23rd of each month.
Bank holidays paid at time and a half and Double time on Christmas day.
Employer Pension Scheme and paid annual holidays.

Annual increase in accordance with the Real Living Wage.
