Are you an experienced, qualified Nurse looking for a fulfilling career opportunity in Pembroke. Ashdale Care Home is recruiting nurses to join our professional clinical care team.

Rate of pay: up to £20.65 – £21.73

About our nursing staff

Our Nurses collaborate with our carers to address the physical, psychological, and social needs of our residents. You'll be responsible for a range of clinical care and professional support, including:

Delivering high-quality care in line with benchmarking standards and clinical indicators
Promoting and supporting the development of clinical practice
Continuously evaluating care quality and reassessing resident needs
Administering and ordering medicines, dressings, and more as required
Participating in essential resident reviews and Multi-Disciplinary Team Meetings
Liaising with healthcare professionals and maintaining accurate records

About You

Registered with the Nursing and Midwifery Council as a Registered Nurse (Senior Nurses will be minimum Band 5)
Minimum of two years' post-registration experience in the UK preferred
Strong teamwork skills
Excellent clinical judgment and nursing practice
Demonstrable resource management abilities
Strong soft skills including communication, prioritization, working under pressure, using initiative, motivation, and problem-solving
Good knowledge of IT and adaptability to systems
Fluency in English
